buying position.
Coordinate equipment demand and factory planning across your pipeline. Approve each project order separately.

Less repeated engineering.
Reuse accepted specifications and manufacturer reviews. Focus on project changes.
Earlier factory planning.
Discuss demand, capacity and production options before project dates are fixed.
Better-informed purchasing.
Compare equipment, testing, freight, payment terms and support across coordinated orders.
Find the common requirements.
Compare ratings, specifications and approval requirements. Group compatible equipment and record each site’s variations.

Approve each project order.
Confirm scope, price, payment milestones, delivery dates and warranty when that project is ready to commit.
You receiveAgreed order and responsibility schedule
You retain each project’s technical acceptance and award decision. Factory capacity reservations are agreed separately.

Or the wider pipeline.
Start with your pipeline.
Bring the equipment schedule, target dates and available specifications. We identify compatible packages and the decisions needed before approaching factories.
- Common equipment baseline and site variations
- Qualification gaps and approval owners
- Demand and manufacturing options
- A purchasing plan with project-level release points
Example: three BESS projects
A shared switchgear specification can provide the starting point for three compatible projects. Each site still has its own fault rating, protection interfaces, delivery date and approval process. The common work carries forward; each equipment order is approved separately.
